Thank you for your continued support. We have important news for you so please read to the end.
This time the Shibuya culture works studio will be moved to new Shibuya studio because of closing Shidax culture works studio. We open Shibuya culture works studio until 2022/03/20 (Sun) and new Shibuya studio will be open from 2022/03/26(Sat). We will make an effort to be able to offer you better services even in the new studio so we would highly appreciate it if we could get your understanding about that.

■Relocation schedule

※Both studios will be closed on 2022/03/22 and 2022/03/23

■Details of new Shibuya studio
・It is located at near Shibuya Station.
・The studio is 2nd floor. It has big windows. You can train in good biew.
・It has large shower rooms and plenty of amenities.

■New location
New Shibuya studio is located near Shibuya station. So you can continue your training in the location that hasn't changed much.

■New time schedule
We will held classes which is like Shibuya culture works studio timetable at new Shibuya studio. Also we are thinking of increasing the number of classes depending on the usage situation.

■Special measures attendant on relocation
We make this relocation not to affect your accessibility as possible, but we imagine there are members who liked the present location. So we offer these special measures.

〈6 months/1 year prepaid〉
When accompanying this case, although it is limited for the members who attend Shibuya culture works studio most of the time, we accept the midway cancelation, freezing your membership and downgrading. Please contact us for more information.

〈Course change〉
When accompanying this case, we accept downgrading and freezing your membership for free.

〈Application period 〉
2022/02/04～2022/03/10

We will make notifications about the details of the way to use and so on in a while.

重要なお知らせとなりますので、最後までお読みいただくようお願いいたします。

この度、渋谷カルチャーワークススタジオは、シダックスカルチャーワークスジム閉館にともない、下記の通り移転することとなりました。
会員の皆様におかれましては、短期間での再移転となり、ご迷惑をおかけいたしますことをお詫びいたします。
移転後の新しい環境は、クラス開催上の制約が少なくなるため、施設の拡充やタイムスケジュールの増枠を図る計画となっており、これまで以上のサービスを提供できるよう努めて参りますので、何卒ご了承いただけますと幸いです。

【移転スケジュール】
渋谷カルチャーワークススタジオ　2022年3月20日(日)まで営業
渋谷新スタジオ　2022年3月26日(土)より営業

※両渋谷スタジオは3月22日(火)、23日(水)の両日、移転対応のため休講となります。
※カルチャーワークスジムエリアのマシン利用、タオル、ウェア貸し出しは、2022年2月28日(月)をもちまして終了となりますので、ご注意ください。

■渋谷新スタジオの特徴

下記の点が特徴となります！

・これまでと同様、最寄り駅を渋谷駅とする(a3出口徒歩8分)ロケーション
・ビル2階に位置し、解放感あふれる大きな窓のあるスタジオ
・高級感のある更衣室、シャワールーム、エントランス等の設備
その他、調整中の内容につきましても、決まり次第お伝えして参ります！

■新ロケーション
渋谷新スタジオと渋谷カルチャーワークススタジオは、両スタジオとも渋谷駅が最寄りとなります。
これまでと変わらない環境にてトレーニングを継続していただけます。

■新タイムスケジュール
現行の渋谷カルチャーワークススタジオのタイムテーブルを基本とし、移転後早期にクラスの増枠、時間調整を行うことで、利便性を向上させます。

■移転にともなう特別対応
できるだけ、利便性に影響が出ないように移転を実施いたしますが、現行の環境を気に入ってご入会された方もいらっしゃることかと存じます。
本件にともなう手続きに関してましては、下記の通り対応いたしますのでご確認をお願いいたします。

＜一括払い＞
本件にともなう場合（ほぼ渋谷カルチャーワークススタジオでしか出席されていない）に限り、一括払い途中の解約、休止、ダウングレードを承ります。
詳細はお問い合わせください。

＜コース変更＞
本件にともなうコース変更(ダウングレード)、一時休止をされる場合は手数料が発生いたしません。

＜特例受理期間＞
両特例の申請可能期間は下記の通りとなります。
2022年2月4日～2022年3月10日
